If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer support via email, telephone or live chat, from 8am to Midnight.

Refunds can be requested within 14 days from the delivery date and can be exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date. For a refund request, the product must be shipped back to the seller as described in the return policy and the cargo tracking number must be shared with the seller. If you choose to exchange your product outside of the 14 day refund policy, no refund will be issued for the replaced item unless the item is defective.

It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.


In order to receive a full refund, your return must meet the following criteria:
The watch or strap must be returned in the exact condition it was sold, and It cannot have been worn, altered, or damaged in any way. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Protecting film of the products shouldn’t be removed.

Any items returned that fail quality inspection from Customer Service (scratched, worn, damaged) will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
